Return Window

Returns are accepted within

30 days of delivery.


Eligible Items

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Original packaging included

Non-returnable Items

Items damaged through misuse or normal wear are not eligible.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return:

Refunds will be processed within

5–10 business days

using your original payment method.


Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we'll cover the shipping cost.

Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
